Apparently rats ate the wires at the main Telmex junction in town.
It took 3 weeks of phone calls and a trip to Merida to get someone out to fix it.
Only with Telmex.

Our little house guest Diva hasn't been a diva at all! I'm temped to call her Roo.
She is as smart as she is cute.
